The leachate is one of the main problems in the landfill management. Our system, with 20 years of experience, is able to simply the leachate management and reduces drastically the volume without using a large amount of energy.
Eukrasia has planned and studied a system for recovery of saline catalysts which is based on the wastewater evaporation coupled with a dehydration process of the concentrated liquid.

This method allows to extract the catalyzer inside the sewage and reuse it in the process with low costs.
This system takes a lot of advantages listed herebelow:

• discharge by law;
• more valuated treatment plant (it guarantees savings);
• simplified management of the plant.
  After a physical-chemical treatment for odours, the leachate is sent to the evaporation plant.
  This plant is planned to allow the changing phase (liquid to evaporation) only for water and not for pollutants inside it. the concentrated liquid has a 1/10 volume compared to the input.
